South West Care Services PTY LTD was established by two people who wanted to make a difference in the community by providing long-lasting support and advice on services available in the community. With their combined experience and knowledge, they came up with the idea to setup a company and focus on providing services to the aged and disability community.

Meet Our Team
With over three decades of experience as an Accountant, Finance Manager, and leader in manufacturing and services industries, Hemant Chetty, co-founder of South West Care, brings invaluable expertise to the table. His journey led him to seek opportunities to establish his own organisation in the community services industry, driven by a deep desire to support vulnerable individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations.
For the past three decades, Vandana Keshwa, co-founder of South West Care, has dedicated her career to serving vulnerable communities in the health and community sectors as a social worker. With expertise in aged care, disability services, mental health, domestic violence, children’s services, and rehabilitation, Vandana saw an opportunity to make a difference through direct support and consultation services tailored to the unique needs of the community.
Nazia has over 14 years’ experience in the community service sector predominately in disability services, in senior management including Interim CEO role of a disability service. Nazia brings an intricate understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and is passionate about providing high quality support services to our clients. Nazia is responsible for the quality and practice portfolio of South West Care and supports staff development.
Nireesh is a design and digital marketing expert with extensive experience across web design, graphic design, and video production. Nireesh has collaborated with clients such as Volvo, Sydney Airport, NRMA, and ANZ, and has digital marketing experience within the health and cosmetics sector. At South West Care Nireesh is responsible for crafting the brand identity and communicating essential services to the public.
